What we do
We are a specialist, founder-led buy-to-let finance source focused exclusively on non-regulated buy-to-let and adjacent property-finance products: standard single-let, HMO and MUFB, holiday-let, semi-commercial, bridge-to-let, refurb-to-rent, expat, and limited-company SPV structures.
Every case is run across our 100+ specialist lender panel. We package the case the way each lender expects, take it from initial fact-find to mortgage offer, and stay involved through completion.
Construction Capital portfolio
Construction Capital is the parent brand. BuytoLetFinance.co.uk operates as a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd and arranges non-regulated buy-to-let mortgages only. We do not arrange Consumer Buy-to-Let or other regulated mortgages — if a case falls into the regulated regime we refer it to an FCA-authorised firm.
